Cheffyn Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Cheffyn! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes customized products, opened uniforms, and any items that show signs of wear.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
- If you received an item as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us within 30 days. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost or offer a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
